Most Canadians are blissfully unaware that many aboriginal leaders are attempting to create separate, independent ‘nations’ {countries} within the borders of Canada — ‘nations’ that would ignore Canadian law while still being subsidized by the Canadian people: ERBLIsCanadaComingUnravelled(2016)800x800“The proposed citizenship law forms a central component of a broader initiative which seeks to develop a self-governing Anishinabek ‘Nation’.”

Canadian aboriginals as a “third order of government” — Federal, Provincial and aboriginal — was rejected for inclusion in the 1982 Constitution, rejected in the five federal-provincial conferences held on this topic, and rejected by the Canadian people in the 1992 Charlottetown Referendum. “At a so-called ‘Canada Day’ event at a March, 2015…conference in Hong Kong attended by over 2,000 people, several speakers specifically advised investors not to invest in Canada or B.C. because of the ‘Tsilhqot’in’ decision. It seems a safe assumption this sentiment is not restricted to the mining sector.” ERBLScaringOffInvestment800x800Finally, the business community in B.C. seems to be waking up to the dangerous reality of ‘Race Based Law’, and the government’s cowardice in the face of it. Aboriginal Bands are deliberately exaggerating court rulings in an attempt to expand their power and the government continues to back off, thereby failing in its duty to the rest of the citizenry.

‘Keep The Accountability’


    “Once all is said and done, there’s an awful lot of money, aimed at improving the collective lives of ‘First Nations’ people, that’s being eaten up by high-paid and self-righteous leadership.”

    “Our leadership has no need for huge payouts while their people struggle to get by. And it’s especially angering when they take the money and still talk about honoring our traditions. 

    “So why not open the books on band management? Why not allow Canadians and their own people to see how much they are paid, how much they ring up on expenses, and how the fiscal dollars directed toward the community are divided and spent?”

ERBLKeepTheAccountability800x800“Is Ottawa’s promised ‘nation-to-nation’ relationship with ‘indigenous peoples’ mainly about protecting the power of ‘First Nation’ leaders and ignoring the interests of the grassroots?  

“The first sign in that direction occurred in December, when the Trudeau government announced it was taking teeth out of the ‘First Nations’ Financial Transparency Act’, a piece of legislation that provides basic local financial data to ‘First Nation’ Band members. The government lifted sanctions and stopped court actions against ‘First Nations’ communities that weren’t complying with the ‘Transparency Act’.

“Furthermore, in keeping with our commitment to a renewed, ‘nation-to-nation’ relationship, the Government of Canada will suspend any court actions against ‘First Nations’ who have not complied with the Act…”

‘Ontario Refuses To Enforce The Law’


     “I know I could’ve done  all the stuff that they asked me [to do] by paperwork, but then I’m thinking, ‘I come from here’”, Necan said. “Why would I start paying a permit to build on ‘my own land’?”  

“It’s not a precedent-setting case, because it never made it to trial, but her lawyer said Necan’s unwillingness to be pushed out of her own {ancestors’} ‘homelands’ is a good example for others…  

     “I hope that inspires others to take a stand against ‘colonialism’ and oppression.”

‘Mohawk Gang Costs Ontario $50 Million’


Nine years later, after a Mohawk criminal gang threatened Hydro workers and demolished several new hydro transmission towers that were awaiting wiring – using one to blockade the entrance to the stolen ‘Douglas Estates’ housing development – the pathetic Ontario government continues to let the Mohawks, and their phony land claim, stop completion of the work.  

In the meantime, the province has paid over $50 million in interest alone on money borrowed to finance the project – and it has yet to transmit any electricity.
