‘Embracing the U.N. At Canada’s Expense’

“A day after the Canadian government said it was fully endorsing the UN ‘Declaration on the Rights of ‘Indigenous’ Peoples’ (UNDR‘I’P), Chief Roland Willson of the West Moberly ‘First Nations’ {a ‘nation’ of 220 people} and Chief Lynette Tsakoza of the Prophet River ‘First Nation’ {a ‘nation’ of 249 people} said in a joint news release the move was ‘a hypocrisy in the making’.”

“Justice Minister Jody Wilson-Raybould also delivered a speech on the opening day at the ‘UN Permanent Forum’ WHICH CALLED ON THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY TO MAKE ‘INDIGENOUS PEOPLES’ THE FOCUS OF THIS CENTURY.” ERBLEmbracingtheU.N.atCanada'sExpense800x800“‘Indigenous’ Affairs Minister Carolyn Bennett said…Canada would fully embrace the UN ‘Declaration on the Rights of ‘Indigenous’ Peoples’ (UNDR‘I’P) and remove its “permanent objector status” to the document.  Continue reading ‘Embracing the U.N. ‘Defying Canada’

“Canadian aboriginal groups and their allies said…they ‘have the power’ to block proposed oil pipelines on land where they have ‘proven title’, dismissing comments by Prime Minister Justin Trudeau {and the Supreme Court} , who said no community has a veto. ERBLDefyingCanada800x800“Trudeau told ‘Reuters’…that unanimous consent is not needed for the government to approve pipeline projects to bring Canadian oil to market, even as he pledged consultation with aboriginals and environmentalists who oppose projects.  Continue reading ‘Defying Canada’

‘Is Canada Coming Unravelled?’

Most Canadians are blissfully unaware that many aboriginal leaders are attempting to create separate, independent ‘nations’ {countries} within the borders of Canada — ‘nations’ that would ignore Canadian law while still being subsidized by the Canadian people: ERBLIsCanadaComingUnravelled(2016)800x800“The proposed citizenship law forms a central component of a broader initiative which seeks to develop a self-governing Anishinabek ‘Nation’.”

Canadian aboriginals as a “third order of government” — Federal, Provincial and aboriginal — was rejected for inclusion in the 1982 Constitution, rejected in the five federal-provincial conferences held on this topic, and rejected by the Canadian people in the 1992 Charlottetown Referendum. The continued insistence on this by aboriginal leadership shows absolutely no respect for the wishes of the Canadian people, and the decisions of the Canadian democracy.  Continue reading ‘Is Canada Coming Unravelled?’

‘Mohawks Using Race Based Law To Shelter Organized Crime’

‘Police Target Biker-Mohawk Criminal Organization’

“The ‘Surete du Quebec’ say nearly 60 arrests were made Wednesday morning, targeting biker gangs and what they’re calling ‘aboriginal organized crime outfits’, on charges of selling contraband tobacco, drugs, and money laundering. ERBLMohawkTobaccoAndOrganizedCrime800x800“Raids took place in residences and shops, mainly located in the greater Montreal, the Laurentians, Lanaudiere, Monteregie, and on Kahnawake in Quebec, as well as on Six Nations in Ontario.  Continue reading ‘Mohawks Using Race Based Law To Shelter Organized Crime’

‘Mea Maxima Culpa: The Ruse of Political Apologies’

“It all seems a little bizarre, and a reversal of normal morality, which is…that ‘those who do harm must pay’.

“Instead, we, who did no harm, must apologize publicly for something over which we had no control, and politicians — who stand to gain by appearing morally upright — are extracting money from millions of citizens who were not even alive at the time, using it to pay off descendants who have suffered no harm, and whose only connection to the deemed sins of the past is their blood.” ERBLMeaMaximaCulpaTheRuseOfPoliticalApologies800x800-2“Is there a vague public awareness that we may be engaged in some unspecified evil at the moment, for which we could be taken to task by future generations? And if so, are we trying to alleviate the coming judgement by our children, so to speak, by apologizing now for the actions of those who came before us?

“Why else are we judging our predecessors so harshly, and in such boldly self-confident terms? Why are present-day politicians so eager to pay off survivors (or their descendants) for actions or events deemed quite normal at the time — but considered sins today — with money that is not theirs? …  Continue reading ‘Mea Maxima Culpa: The Ruse of Political Apologies’

‘Scaring Off Investment’

“At a so-called ‘Canada Day’ event at a March, 2015…conference in Hong Kong attended by over 2,000 people, several speakers specifically advised investors not to invest in Canada or B.C. because of the ‘Tsilhqot’in’ decision. It seems a safe assumption this sentiment is not restricted to the mining sector.” ERBLScaringOffInvestment800x800Finally, the business community in B.C. seems to be waking up to the dangerous reality of ‘Race Based Law’, and the government’s cowardice in the face of it. Aboriginal Bands are deliberately exaggerating court rulings in an attempt to expand their power and the government continues to back off, thereby failing in its duty to the rest of the citizenry.

Here, the B.C. Chamber of Commerce reminds the government of the legal reality, and their role in representing all the other citizens of British Columbia:  Continue reading ‘Scaring Off Investment’

‘Keep The Accountability’

“Once all is said and done, there’s an awful lot of money, aimed at improving the collective lives of ‘First Nations’ people, that’s being eaten up by high-paid and self-righteous leadership.”

“Our leadership has no need for huge payouts while their people struggle to get by. And it’s especially angering when they take the money and still talk about honoring our traditions.

“So why not open the books on band management? Why not allow Canadians and their own people to see how much they are paid, how much they ring up on expenses, and how the fiscal dollars directed toward the community are divided and spent?”

ERBLKeepTheAccountability800x800“Is Ottawa’s promised ‘nation-to-nation’ relationship with ‘indigenous peoples’ mainly about protecting the power of ‘First Nation’ leaders and ignoring the interests of the grassroots?

“The first sign in that direction occurred in December, when the Trudeau government announced it was taking teeth out of the ‘First Nations’ Financial Transparency Act’, a piece of legislation that provides basic local financial data to ‘First Nation’ Band members. The government lifted sanctions and stopped court actions against ‘First Nations’ communities that weren’t complying with the ‘Transparency Act’.

“Where this goes is anyone’s guess, but let’s hope the Liberals (and the NDP) do not fall back into their pattern of supporting chiefs against their members.   Continue reading ‘Keep The Accountability’

‘Election Payback – A Licence To Steal?’

“A law without consequence for non-compliance is a toothless law. As such, soon many ‘First Nations’ people across the country will again be in the dark as to how their elected leaders spend public dollars.”
^^^^^^
“For all practical purposes, this is a repeal of the act, being carried out without actually bothering to give members of Parliament any chance to debate it. It is ironic that a law about transparency is being gutted in such a non-transparent way.”ERBLElectionPayback-ALicenceToSteal800x800‘Statement by the ‘Honourable’ Carolyn Bennett on the ‘First Nations’ Financial Transparency Act’:

“Today, I directed my Department to cease all discretionary compliance measures related to the ‘First Nations’ Financial Transparency Act’ and to reinstate funding withheld from ‘First Nations’ under these measures.

“Furthermore, in keeping with our commitment to a renewed, ‘nation-to-nation’ relationship, the Government of Canada will suspend any court actions against ‘First Nations’ who have not complied with the Act…”

‘Ontario Refuses To Enforce The Law’

“I know I could’ve done  all the stuff that they asked me [to do] by paperwork, but then I’m thinking, ‘I come from here’”, Necan said. “Why would I start paying a permit to build on ‘my own land’?”

“It’s not a precedent-setting case, because it never made it to trial, but her lawyer said Necan’s unwillingness to be pushed out of her own {ancestors’} ‘homelands’ is a good example for others…

“I hope that inspires others to take a stand against ‘colonialism’ and oppression.”

ERBLOntarioRefusesToEnforceTheLaw800x800“Darlene Necan, a ‘homeless’ – and more importantly, in this case, ‘aboriginal’ –woman from northern Ontario, plans to move into the cabin she built herself after the provincial government withdrew its charges against her in court today.

“The ‘First Nations’ woman was facing charges from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry for breaching the ‘Public Lands Act’ and was facing more than $10,000 in fines after constructing a one-room cabin on Crown land… {on what she says was once her family’s trapline}.   Continue reading ‘Ontario Refuses To Enforce The Law’

‘Mohawk Gang Costs Ontario $50 Million’

Nine years later, after a Mohawk criminal gang threatened Hydro workers and demolished several new hydro transmission towers that were awaiting wiring – using one to blockade the entrance to the stolen ‘Douglas Estates’ housing development – the pathetic Ontario government continues to let the Mohawks, and their phony land claim, stop completion of the work.

In the meantime, the province has paid over $50 million in interest alone on money borrowed to finance the project – and it has yet to transmit any electricity.

Yet another result of Race Based Law…ERBLMohawkGangCostsOntario50Million800x800‘Powerline to nowhere: $100M powerline costing taxpayers millions’

“A ‘CTV News’ investigation has revealed that a $100-million transmission line, intended to bring electricity into Ontario from the United States, is not delivering any energy. With the project blocked by the Caledonia land claim dispute {‘Mohawk criminal activity’}, the line is costing taxpayers millions in interest instead.   Continue reading ‘Mohawk Gang Costs Ontario $50 Million’
