‘More Logo Bullying’

“An ‘indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} parent appeared before the ‘Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario’ on Monday, alleging that the city of Mississauga, Ont., discriminated against him by allowing “racist” names and logos of minor league teams in local arenas.

erblmorelogobullying800x800

“Brad Gallant’s children played organized hockey at city-run rinks in Mississauga, where he said banners and trophies bearing the logos of teams like the ‘Mississauga Braves’ and the ‘Lorne Park Ojibwa’ created

“a hostile environment.”

‘Lying About The Treaties’

“Schools across Ontario marked the start of province’s first ‘Treaties Recognition Week’…with speakers telling students that treaties with ‘indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} peoples are ‘living documents’ that need to be honoured…

erbllyingaboutthetreaties800x800

{Except for the fact that the wording of the Treaties is no longer “honoured” — it is lied about:
https://endracebasedlaw.wordpress.com/2016/09/13/chief-wants-more-money/
and only Canada has any ‘obligations’. Aboriginals are NEVER charged with their all-too-frequent Treaty violations. Time to end these anachronisms: Time for the legal equality of ALL Canadian citizens…} Continue reading ‘Lying About The Treaties’

‘Pulling Canada Backwards’

“It is not uncommon to attend an event at a university, community gathering or even a ‘Speech from the Throne’ at the Ontario Legislature, and hear the {foolish} words:

“We would like to thank [X or Y] ‘First Nation’ {‘Siberian settler community’} for hosting us.”

{Although they’re never actually hosting anything, and have been paid multiple times over for their ancestors’ former lands…}

“This month, the ‘Toronto District School Board’ asked all schools in the district to begin every day, before ‘O Canada’, with the {phony} acknowledgment.  Continue reading ‘Pulling Canada Backwards’

‘Chief Wants More Money’

Ontario Regional Chief Isadore Day continues his push for a ‘partnership’ in the Ontario economy:

erblchiefwantsmoremoney800x800

‘We Need To Be Full Partners in All Future Economic Growth through Treaty, ‘Inherent’ and Land Rights, Says Ontario Regional Chief Isadore Day’

“This is the 166th anniversary of the signing of the ‘Robinson Huron Treaty’ {See below}. The lands and waters around Lakes Huron and Superior provided the resources for European settlers to farm, fish, mine and trade with our Peoples. The rich resources of our lands {and all the hard work, ingenuity and investment brought by Europeans and other immigrants from around the world} allowed the future economic growth of what would later become the Province of Ontario and the country of Canada.  Continue reading ‘Chief Wants More Money’

‘Dealing With Dysfunction’

Instead of accommodating race laws, it would be far better for everyone if industry would release statements to the Canadian people on the ridiculousness of this system, and the limited economic future that awaits Canada if we continue down this path.

ERBLDealingWithDysfunction800x800

The ‘Consult and Accommodate’ dictum is nothing but structural racism and it is historically and legally unjust, based on erroneous rulings from a Supreme Court that puts the earnings of the legal profession ahead of the welfare and future of Canada. It forces companies to deal with {‘bribe’} numerous Band councils, the majority of which are, at worst, dysfunctional, and at best, simply corrupt.

Both the Chief in the story below, and the Supreme Court, need a quick refresher course on the Treaties {in this case, the ‘James Bay Treaty’}, which they – and you – can find immediately after this news story:  Continue reading ‘Dealing With Dysfunction’

‘Is Canada Coming Unravelled?’

Most Canadians are blissfully unaware that many aboriginal leaders are attempting to create separate, independent ‘nations’ {countries} within the borders of Canada — ‘nations’ that would ignore Canadian law while still being subsidized by the Canadian people: ERBLIsCanadaComingUnravelled(2016)800x800“The proposed citizenship law forms a central component of a broader initiative which seeks to develop a self-governing Anishinabek ‘Nation’.”

Canadian aboriginals as a “third order of government” — Federal, Provincial and aboriginal — was rejected for inclusion in the 1982 Constitution, rejected in the five federal-provincial conferences held on this topic, and rejected by the Canadian people in the 1992 Charlottetown Referendum. The continued insistence on this by aboriginal leadership shows absolutely no respect for the wishes of the Canadian people, and the decisions of the Canadian democracy.  Continue reading ‘Is Canada Coming Unravelled?’

‘Race Based Taxation in Ontario’

The fiscally-challenged Ontario government has for some time provided an OFF-RESERVE (anywhere in the province) provincial sales tax exemption for anyone with an aboriginal ‘status’ card (No figures are available on what this annually costs the Ontario government and taxpayers). ERBLRaceBasedTaxationInOntario800x800From an Ontario Ministry of Finance page:

‘Ontario ‘First Nations’ Point-of-Sale Exemptions’

“The Ministry of Finance is experiencing an increase in the number and size of refund applications related to the Ontario HST Refund for ‘First Nations’. Processing of these refund applications is taking longer than the ministry’s service standard of 40 business days. Thank you for your patience as we continue to process these claims in an expedient manner.” Continue reading ‘Race Based Taxation in Ontario’

‘Mohawks Using Race Based Law To Shelter Organized Crime’

‘Police Target Biker-Mohawk Criminal Organization’

“The ‘Surete du Quebec’ say nearly 60 arrests were made Wednesday morning, targeting biker gangs and what they’re calling ‘aboriginal organized crime outfits’, on charges of selling contraband tobacco, drugs, and money laundering. ERBLMohawkTobaccoAndOrganizedCrime800x800“Raids took place in residences and shops, mainly located in the greater Montreal, the Laurentians, Lanaudiere, Monteregie, and on Kahnawake in Quebec, as well as on Six Nations in Ontario.  Continue reading ‘Mohawks Using Race Based Law To Shelter Organized Crime’

‘Silencing Opposition’

“According to the ‘Law Society of Upper Canada’, Peter Best had been “instructed for investigation” because, based on…examples of facts and conclusions some aboriginals might find ‘wounding’, he “may have engaged in discriminatory conduct” and “may have acted in a manner that reflects adversely on the integrity of the profession (of law) and/or the administration of justice”…

“Not a single word of his essay meets the Criminal Code criteria for “hate” speech or “incitement”, but the complainants…expressed the hope to the LSUC that Best would be “disbarred or suspended” unless he “completes a sensitivity training course and a Native Studies course”, as well as “apologiz(ing) for using his law practice to disseminate racist materials”.ERBLSilencingOpposition800x800Peter Best has been an inspiration to those able to see beyond the prejudices of the moment – those for whom noble principles like ‘equality before the law’ still resonate as the finest products of Western culture. His series of essays entitled “There Is No Difference” remains some of the most educational and thought-provoking material on ‘race law’ and the ‘Indian Industry’ in Canada.

‘Ontario Refuses To Enforce The Law’

“I know I could’ve done  all the stuff that they asked me [to do] by paperwork, but then I’m thinking, ‘I come from here’”, Necan said. “Why would I start paying a permit to build on ‘my own land’?”

“It’s not a precedent-setting case, because it never made it to trial, but her lawyer said Necan’s unwillingness to be pushed out of her own {ancestors’} ‘homelands’ is a good example for others…

“I hope that inspires others to take a stand against ‘colonialism’ and oppression.”

ERBLOntarioRefusesToEnforceTheLaw800x800“Darlene Necan, a ‘homeless’ – and more importantly, in this case, ‘aboriginal’ –woman from northern Ontario, plans to move into the cabin she built herself after the provincial government withdrew its charges against her in court today.

“The ‘First Nations’ woman was facing charges from the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry for breaching the ‘Public Lands Act’ and was facing more than $10,000 in fines after constructing a one-room cabin on Crown land… {on what she says was once her family’s trapline}.   Continue reading ‘Ontario Refuses To Enforce The Law’
