‘Segregationist Rules Of Governance’

Because of Canada’s segregationist Constitution, aboriginal Band elections are conducted under a different set of rules from all other Canadian communities…

“A ‘First Nations’ community may conduct leadership selection under one of three possible approaches:

• Election procedures under a ‘self-government’ agreement.
{NOTE: ‘Self-government’ for aboriginal tribes was EXPLICITLY REJECTED by the Canadian people in the 1992 Charlottetown Referendum. Despite this, the government has continued expanding ‘self-government’ IN DIRECT DEFIANCE OF THE DEMOCRATIC WILL OF THE CANADIAN PEOPLE!  Continue reading ‘Segregationist Rules Of Governance’

‘Race Based Law Not Fair To Anyone’

Lawyers continue to be the main beneficiaries of Race Based Law:

“The federal ‘Liberal’ government has spent more than $110,000 fighting a ‘First Nations’ {‘descendant of Siberian settlers’} girl in court to block payment for orthodontic treatment that cost just $6,000, according to documents released under the ‘Access to Information Act’ and shared with ‘CBC News’.  Continue reading ‘Race Based Law Not Fair To Anyone’

‘Apartheid Kills’

“I believe and see evidence that the great fundamental problem lies with the ‘apartheid’ system into which Aboriginals have been thrust for 150 years or more,” Lefrançois wrote in his report. “It is time to put an end to this apartheid system, and for all of the authorities concerned to confront that challenge.”

erblapartheidkills800x800

“A Quebec coroner’s report on five suicides in two Innu communities in the province said a system similar to apartheid is at the root of the problems that led to the people’s deaths.

“Despite all the money and efforts of the various levels of government over the past few decades, despite the treaties and agreements signed and the many discussions and negotiations, little is changing. To expect an improvement, you have to address the problems and consider solutions differently”, wrote Lefrancois…

‘Canada’s Newest Tribe’

Instead of ending Segregation and Race Based Law, our governments are still engaged in expanding them:

“…in 2008 the Government of Canada and the Federation of the Newfoundland Indians reached an agreement to create the new Qalipu Mi’kmaq Indian ‘First Nation’.”

‘Rebuilding The Tower of Babel’

The greatest barrier between people is language and the Government of Canada isn’t doing anyone any favours – particularly aboriginals – by erecting more barriers, none of which will help aboriginal youth find success in the modern world:

“Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says the government will introduce an ‘Indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} Languages Act’ in hopes of preserving and revitalizing ‘First Nations’, ‘Metis’ and Inuit languages in Canada.”

‘Rationalizing Racism On Reserves’

An Aboriginal Industry article trying to justify racism on aboriginal reserves:

‘Who belongs on a reserve? ‘First Nations’ will decide’

erblrationalizingracismonreserves800x800

“In recent months, the Kanien’kehá:ka (Mohawk) community of Kahnawake has re-opened discussion on its controversial {racist} 1984 membership law. The renewed debate has been accompanied by provocative developments: Protests outside homes, eviction notices sent to “foreign” residents, accusations of racism from the {former} Minister of Aboriginal Affairs, and a lawsuit challenging the membership law in court.

‘Anglican Karma?’

For years, the Anglican Church of Canada has been loudly and proudly proclaiming their support for ‘indigenous self-determination’. Now, ‘indigenous’ bishops in the church are refusing to go along with the church’s support for ‘same-sex’ marriage. They are trying to use their U.N.-created ‘Constitutional right’ to ‘Free, Prior and Informed Consent’ (FPIC) to either force the Anglican Church to reconsider, or create their own ‘self-determined’ ‘indigenous’ branch of the Church…

“The Anglican Church of Canada’s three ‘indigenous’ bishops have blasted their Church’s decision to approve, if only provisionally, changes to the marriage canon which would allow same-sex marriages… Continue reading ‘Anglican Karma?’

‘The ‘Indigenization’ and ‘Racialization’ of Canadian Universities’

“In Canada, in particular, one of the things I think about is many Canadians identify as immigrants … There are many stories of survival, hardship, struggle that go with that. Turning all those people, all of a sudden, into ‘settlers’ who’ve displaced ‘indigenous’ peoples is tricky and quite often leads to acrimony.” {!}  –Jill Scott, Queen’s University professor in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures

erbltheindigenizationandracializationofcanadianuniversities800x800

“There’s a new {racial} buzzword rolling off the tongues of Canada’s university administrators: ‘indigenization’.

“Campuses are looking for new ways to welcome aboriginal students, recruit aboriginal faculty members and embed ‘indigenous’ content in the curriculum. Some schools are even requiring all students — no matter what their specialization — to take at least one ‘indigenous’ studies course before they graduate.

“…Some academics are urging schools to proceed cautiously: Don’t lose sight of the whole Canadian story. Continue reading ‘The ‘Indigenization’ and ‘Racialization’ of Canadian Universities’

‘Who Owns British Columbia?’

“We, the {1,381} Musqueam people openly and publicly declare and affirm {to the 3 million people of the Vancouver Lower Mainland} that we hold aboriginal title to {your} land and ‘aboriginal rights’ to exercise use of {your} land, the sea and fresh waters, and all their resources within that territory occupied and used by our ancestors…”
http://www.musqueam.bc.ca/sites/default/files/musqueam_declaration.pdf

“Vancouver city council formally acknowledged on June 25, 2014 that the land on which the city is built actually belongs to three local ‘First Nations’.

“But landowners shouldn’t worry, according to Mayor Gregor Robertson.” ERBLWhoOwnsBritishColumbia800x800Rather than accept the Mayor’s assurances, we at END RACE BASED LAW would like to ask: what exactly does “aboriginal title” mean? Does the city support this ‘First Nations’ definition:

“We are the true owners of British Columbia. The Indians across the province own everything — the rivers, the trees, the bugs, the animals. You name it. Subsurface rights, the air, the rain, the whole shot. That’s what we mean when we say we have aboriginal title to the land.”

‘Embracing the U.N. At Canada’s Expense’

“A day after the Canadian government said it was fully endorsing the UN ‘Declaration on the Rights of ‘Indigenous’ Peoples’ (UNDR‘I’P), Chief Roland Willson of the West Moberly ‘First Nations’ {a ‘nation’ of 220 people} and Chief Lynette Tsakoza of the Prophet River ‘First Nation’ {a ‘nation’ of 249 people} said in a joint news release the move was ‘a hypocrisy in the making’.”

“Justice Minister Jody Wilson-Raybould also delivered a speech on the opening day at the ‘UN Permanent Forum’ WHICH CALLED ON THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY TO MAKE ‘INDIGENOUS PEOPLES’ THE FOCUS OF THIS CENTURY.” ERBLEmbracingtheU.N.atCanada'sExpense800x800“‘Indigenous’ Affairs Minister Carolyn Bennett said…Canada would fully embrace the UN ‘Declaration on the Rights of ‘Indigenous’ Peoples’ (UNDR‘I’P) and remove its “permanent objector status” to the document.  Continue reading ‘Embracing the U.N.
