‘Caving In To Bullying’

Aboriginal pressure has bullied a federal Cabinet Minister into backing away from his support for enforcing the law:

‘Carr ‘sorry’ for saying military could be called in against pipeline protesters’

erblcavingintobullying800x800

“Natural Resources Minister Jim Carr said Tuesday he didn’t choose his words carefully when saying the military could be called in against protesters fighting the expansion of two pipelines the Trudeau government approved last week.

“Carr told reporters in Ottawa he regrets the comments he made Thursday to room of business leaders in Edmonton.  Continue reading ‘Caving In To Bullying’

‘Leonard Peltier Is NOT A Political Prisoner’

The push is on for Obama to pardon Leonard Peltier before the U.S. President’s term ends. With that in mind, we offer this backgrounder:

erblleonardpeltierisnotapoliticalprisoner800x800

“Before there was ‘Idle No More’, before the Supreme Court and the overturning of land title, before Caledonia, Ipperwash and Oka, and even before ‘Section 35’, the early 1970s provided the first modern ‘hero’ of the aboriginal rights movement. Leonard Peltier obtained celebrity status worldwide as representative of the injustice and suffering of North American Indians.

There was only one problem with this picture: Leonard Peltier was in reality a thug enforcer for the ‘American Indian Movement’ (A.I.M.) — and a murderer, to boot. Grab a coffee and settle in for the made-for-tv saga: The fabricating of an Indian ‘legend’…  Continue reading ‘Leonard Peltier Is NOT A Political Prisoner’

‘The Chilcotin Massacre’

“I have cousins in several Indian bands and am proud of that connection, and am equally proud of my ancestors who came from all over Europe seeking a better life. But it wasn’t an easy road… ERBLRewritingHistory--TheChilcotinMassacre800x800My great-great grandfather…was murdered by Chilcotin (Tsilhqot’in) Indian bandits in 1864. It’s been a bone of contention with me that Donald McLean’s killers were hailed as heroes by latter-day Chilcotin politicians who demanded an apology from the B.C. government for their trial and execution.

“It vexes me even more that they got what they wanted from Christy Clark in 2014. Many years ago, when I attended an assembly of Chilcotin chiefs held to demand that apology, I stood up and suggested that a good first step toward their goal would be for them to first apologize for the murder of my ancestor by their forebears.

“This wasn’t viewed kindly at a meeting designed to stoke up fire among the converted, and I was branded a ‘racist’ Continue reading ‘The Chilcotin Massacre’

‘More Mohawk Discrimination…’

“If a Mohawk couple adopts a child who is not ‘indigenous’, the adoptive parents have committed an “offence”, according to a new law in Kahnawake, Que. ERBLMoreMohawkDiscrimination800x800“The adoptive parents will lose their rights as Kahnawake Mohawks — which include voting here, living here, being buried here.

“Those same parents, who sacrificed, changed their lives and reached out to make something so delicate as an adoption happen, will pay for that decision dearly, according to a new amendment to the Kahnawake membership law…

“Sounds crazy, doesn’t it? Continue reading ‘More Mohawk Discrimination…’

‘Taking The Economy To Court: B.C. Update’

Now, Canadian courts have enabled the lawyer-driven ‘Aboriginal Industry’ to sue both companies and individuals over land use on ‘traditional territories’ — even before a tribe has proven any connection whatsoever with the land in question, and even if the land had been previously stolen from another tribe. Let the chaos begin:ERBLTakingTheEconomyToCourt-BCUpdate800x800“Last week, the Halalt ‘First Nation’ {a ‘nation’ of 205 people} filed two civil suits totalling $2.1 billion in ‘damages’ against Catalyst Paper, a pulp and paper company based in Richmond, British Columbia.

“The community claims that the company’s mill in Crofton—which has been operating for more than 59 years {and employs 578 people} —is interfering with the Halalt ‘First Nation’s ‘aboriginal rights’. In addition to the financial compensation, the ‘First Nation’ is seeking a

“permanent order to prevent Catalyst from conducting operations at the Crofton Mill”.

‘The Mohawk Warrior Flag: A Legacy of Lawlessness’

“The Warrior flag is an assertion of  sovereignty — especially during illegal occupations. It is used to signify that the land in question is no longer part of Canada, that Canadian laws do not apply to the occupiers, and that the occupiers are prepared to escalate their resistance to the point of violence, if necessary.”ERBLALegacyOfLawlessness800x800“The Warrior flag is a common sight at Native protests, occupations, and other actions across North America. It is a distinct flag, featuring a Native in profile, with a golden sun behind on a red background.

“The flag first gained prominence during the 1990 ‘Oka Crisis’ and has been dubbed the “Mohawk Warrior Flag”, as well as the “Unity Flag.”

“Some native militants have claimed the Mohawk Warrior flag is merely a benign ‘Unity Flag’ of peace, with no sinister intent or symbolism behind its use, despite a long and highly-visible association with extreme violence, intimidation and criminal activity in places like Oka, Akwesasne and Caledonia…  Continue reading ‘The Mohawk Warrior Flag: A Legacy of Lawlessness’

‘Mohawk Gang Costs Ontario $50 Million’

Nine years later, after a Mohawk criminal gang threatened Hydro workers and demolished several new hydro transmission towers that were awaiting wiring – using one to blockade the entrance to the stolen ‘Douglas Estates’ housing development – the pathetic Ontario government continues to let the Mohawks, and their phony land claim, stop completion of the work.

In the meantime, the province has paid over $50 million in interest alone on money borrowed to finance the project – and it has yet to transmit any electricity.

Yet another result of Race Based Law…ERBLMohawkGangCostsOntario50Million800x800‘Powerline to nowhere: $100M powerline costing taxpayers millions’

“A ‘CTV News’ investigation has revealed that a $100-million transmission line, intended to bring electricity into Ontario from the United States, is not delivering any energy. With the project blocked by the Caledonia land claim dispute {‘Mohawk criminal activity’}, the line is costing taxpayers millions in interest instead.   Continue reading ‘Mohawk Gang Costs Ontario $50 Million’

‘The Myths of Caledonia’

“The ownership history of Six Nations lands in Ontario has been ignored, as has the legal basis of the Six Nations claim to those lands. It’s time for the politically-incorrect truth to be told. In short, THE SIX NATIONS HAVE NO LEGAL RIGHTS TO THE LAND IN QUESTION, AND HAVE HAD NONE FOR OVER A CENTURY.   ERBLTheMythsOfCaledonia800x800“They have never had any rights to land in Ontario by virtue of aboriginal title or by treaty. For a tract of land along the Grand River, they obtained in 1784 merely AN OCCUPANCY PERMIT from British colonial Governor Frederick Haldimand, THAT ENDURED ONLY AT THE PLEASURE OF THE CROWN.

“After 1784, the Six Nations surrendered to the Crown various portions of the Grand River tract and by the middle of the 19th century, all that remained was the land contained in the current Six Nations reserve, south of Brantford. That is a summary of their legal rights.  Continue reading ‘The Myths of Caledonia’

‘Ipperwash: Governments Cave In To Bullying’

“DND {Department of National Defence}, through its failure to remove illegal occupiers, failure to permit the law to be upheld, failure to protect its boundaries, failure to ensure safety at one of its military facilities, and ultimate retreat from and desertion of Camp Ipperwash in the middle of the night, has created a situation that led to the death of at least one individual, the takeover and destruction of public property, terrorizing of a municipality, destruction of property values, and the tearing apart of a community and its way of life.”

–Kenneth Williams, Chief Administrative Officer, Town of Bosanquet, Ont.

ERBLIpperwash-GovernmentsCaveInToBullying800x800Once upon a time, the Canadian government purchased aboriginal reserve land for a military base. Forty years later, they paid for it again, just so there’d be no hard feelings. Now, the government is giving back the land for free and throwing in $90 million, to boot – and the Province of Ontario is tossing in a free provincial park. I guess they are trying to make everybody happy…

Well, the aboriginals aren’t happy—they’re fighting over who gets what from the ‘unfair’ and ‘inadequate’ gift; I’m certainly not happy with this irresponsible giveaway of public resources, and the rewarding of what was essentially ‘terrorism’; and I guarantee that you, dear reader, are not going to be happy the further you go in this post. Welcome to yet another tale of aboriginal intimidation and government weakness overturning written contracts and common sense in our race-divided land: Continue reading ‘Ipperwash: Governments Cave In To Bullying’

‘Mrs.Universe, This Is Why It’s Called Terrorism’

Mrs. Universe should apologize to Canada for saying words that she clearly was coerced to say by her race blame agendist contemporaries.

And look how the CBC shamelessly exploits her election, and allows her to actually lie without so much as a challenge, or one ounce of accountability. What else is new?
