‘The REAL story of the Wet’suwet’en Pipeline Protests’

We regret to say that nearly everything the so-called Wet’suwet’en land defenders and their supporters have been doing is in direct conflict with these traditional laws and protocols… The protesters have also taken it upon themselves to invite violent people {Mohawks and Vancouver ‘anarchists’} into ‘our territories’… Many are also afraid to speak up because of bullying and alienation by aggressive and confrontational people on social media, who do not know the facts.”

‘Race Based Court Decisions Damaging Economy’

“What has happened to ‘Trans Mountain’ is not surprising. This is the third time in 12 years that the Federal Court has blocked a major pipeline proposal on grounds of ‘insufficient consultation’ {with only aboriginal Bands, NOT the rest of Canadians}, following the Mackenzie Valley natural-gas pipeline in 2006 and the Northern Gateway oil pipeline in 2016. In each case, the proposal was backed by many ‘First Nations’ {aboriginal} and Métis {mixed race} organizations, but a small number of ‘First Nations’ (six, in the case of Trans Mountain) were able to get a court to rule that some phase of ‘consultation’ had been inadequate.

‘More Threats Of Violence’

Here we have the Toronto Globe and Mail providing a platform for more threats from two of the most anti-Canadian, violence-inciting aboriginal Chiefs, who, if they weren’t protected by aboriginal privilege, would be sitting in jail cells pretending to be martyrs:

“The ‘Treaty Alliance Against Tar {Oil} Sands Expansion’ is made up of 150 ‘indigenous’ ‘nations’ in Canada and the United States… ‘Indigenous’ ‘nations’ are supported by a…network of support from allied Canadians who understand the existential threat that humanity faces from climate change {?} and who are ready to stand up against the injustices still carried out today against ‘indigenous’ people. More than 20,000 people have signed the ‘Coast Protectors’ pledge to do whatever it takes to stop the pipeline Continue reading ‘More Threats Of Violence’

‘Not Even A Slap On The Wrist’

So, police determine that an ‘anti-pipeline’ protest trailer is illegally parked in front of an oil storage facility. Protesters object to an already-approved expansion of a 60-year-old pipeline. Police leave the trailer alone for 2 months before finally arriving to enforce the law. A protester climbs on top of the trailer to stop it from being towed away. It works. The police go away {!?!}…

The police come back the next day and crowbar their way into the trailer, where they arrest 2 protesters. They are at the station for less than an hour when they are released — without charges! {Starting to sound like Caledonia…}

Back at the trailer, police negotiate with the roof-sitter and end up promising that if she comes down, they won’t enforce the law and tow the trailer away {!?!}. She agrees and comes down. Police go away…

Don’t companies deserve law enforcement for the amount of tax revenue that they generate? How are police going to deal with the many protests and illegal blockades that are promised by pipeline opponents?

Yet another example of unequal law enforcement – and unequal law – under Race Based Law… Continue reading ‘Not Even A Slap On The Wrist’

‘Not With A Bang, But A Whimper’

“On Thursday morning {Feb. 23, 2017}, law enforcement entered the ‘Oceti Sakowin’ camp to do a final sweep before officially shutting it down, ending a months-long protest against the completion of the nearby ‘Dakota Access Pipeline’.

erblnotwithabangbutawhimper800x800“The Oceti Sakowin camp was the largest of several temporary camps on the northern edge of the Standing Rock Sioux Reservation in North Dakota. Protesters have been living on this land for months…

“The ‘North Dakota Joint Information Center’ reports that 46 people were arrested today. Others left the camp voluntarily throughout the day, according to a news release from the center… Continue reading ‘Not With A Bang, But A Whimper’

‘Pipe Fiction’

Canadian media continues to give widespread exposure to unelected, unaccountable, misleading aboriginal race activists, further exacerbating an unhealthy racist discourse in Canada:

erblpipefiction800x800

“From Standing Rock to The Assembly of ‘First Nations’…opposition to pipelines has become a rallying cry, and a hill many political leaders have staked out as their preferred location for death…

“…A few years ago, I visited the Unist’ot’en camp in British Columbia. This camp is located west of Prince George, on the proposed right-of-way of the ‘Gateway’ pipeline. I was impressed by the resolve and commitment of the people who had set up camp and remained for several years. They were creating a permanent settlement within ‘their’ unceded territory.

He conveniently omits the fact that the protest camp is at least partly funded by Vancouver Lower Mainland anarchists and environmentalists, was initially set up to oppose a natural gas pipeline that is also coming through that area, and is NOT supported by the local elected tribal chiefs..:  Continue reading ‘Pipe Fiction’

‘Caving In To Bullying’

Aboriginal pressure has bullied a federal Cabinet Minister into backing away from his support for enforcing the law:

‘Carr ‘sorry’ for saying military could be called in against pipeline protesters’

erblcavingintobullying800x800

“Natural Resources Minister Jim Carr said Tuesday he didn’t choose his words carefully when saying the military could be called in against protesters fighting the expansion of two pipelines the Trudeau government approved last week.

“Carr told reporters in Ottawa he regrets the comments he made Thursday to room of business leaders in Edmonton.  Continue reading ‘Caving In To Bullying’

‘No Treaty Leg To Stand On’

“There has been a lot of talk of late about treaties from the protesters trying to block the ‘Dakota Access Pipeline’, with the assertion that the land the pipeline is being built on is land the Sioux people never ceded to the federal government…

“…the ‘Fort Laramie Treaty of 1868’ seems to say that the tribe must accept the pipeline…

‘Pipeline Phobia’

‘Standing Rock Aboriginal Protest Leader Advises and Encourages Illegal Anti-pipeline Actions in Canada’:

“There really isn’t much of a border when it comes to these issues…”
{In her speech, she refers to “so-called Canada”…}

erblpipelinephobia800x800

“Dozens of people packed a free, public event {Paid for and initiated by U.S.-organized and funded ‘Leadnow’. See below…} Thursday evening in Vancouver to hear about how ‘direct-action’ {‘illegal’} protests have affected the ‘Dakota Access Pipeline’, and whether those tactics might ‘translate’ to ‘Kinder Morgan’s Burnaby Mountain project.  Continue reading ‘Pipeline Phobia’

‘Tribes Sign Treaty Opposing Pipelines’

“‘Indigenous’ ‘nations’ from across the country signed a “continent-wide ‘indigenous’ treaty” to oppose five oil pipelines awaiting approval across the country.

erbltribessigntreatyopposingpipelines800x800

{A small minority of Chiefs from across North America FLEW into Montreal and Vancouver for the ‘treaty’ signing. But none of them pledged to stop using oil or oil-based products. And they all still want money from the rest of us, while offering to contribute exactly nothing…}

“The…Native American tribes from Atlantic Canada, Quebec, Ontario, the Prairies, British Columbia and the U.S. made the announcement in joint press conferences Thursday.  Continue reading ‘Tribes Sign Treaty Opposing Pipelines’
