‘Another Failing Remote Reserve’

“A remote Manitoba ‘First Nation’ has declared a state of emergency after a fire destroyed the community’s only grocery store along with its Band office…said Shamattawa Chief Jeffrey Napaokesik. Napaokesik called it a “total loss”…

erblanotherfailingremotereserve800x800

“The chief said he is working with the manager of the community’s destroyed ‘Northern Store’, owned by the ‘North West Company’, to create an emergency food store at the reserve’s community centre…

“There is no road access to Shamattawa {a ‘nation’ of 1,426 people}. All food must be flown into the isolated community about 745 kilometres northeast of Winnipeg.  Continue reading ‘Another Failing Remote Reserve’

‘Ungrateful Chief Snubs Monarchy’

“A ceremony involving the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, meant to symbolize the {one-sided} reconciliation of British Columbia’s ‘aboriginal peoples’, has been rebuffed by a ‘First Nations’ group. {Which perfectly symbolizes the one-way nature of this so-called ‘reconciliation’…}

erblungratefulchiefsnubsmonarchy800x800

“Grand Chief Stewart Phillip, the leader of the ‘Union of B.C. Indian Chiefs’, said Monday he won’t be taking part or supporting the ‘Black Rod Ceremony’…involving Prince William and Kate.  Continue reading ‘Ungrateful Chief Snubs Monarchy’

‘The ‘Indigenization’ and ‘Racialization’ of Canadian Universities’

“In Canada, in particular, one of the things I think about is many Canadians identify as immigrants … There are many stories of survival, hardship, struggle that go with that. Turning all those people, all of a sudden, into ‘settlers’ who’ve displaced ‘indigenous’ peoples is tricky and quite often leads to acrimony.” {!}  –Jill Scott, Queen’s University professor in the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures

erbltheindigenizationandracializationofcanadianuniversities800x800

“There’s a new {racial} buzzword rolling off the tongues of Canada’s university administrators: ‘indigenization’.

“Campuses are looking for new ways to welcome aboriginal students, recruit aboriginal faculty members and embed ‘indigenous’ content in the curriculum. Some schools are even requiring all students — no matter what their specialization — to take at least one ‘indigenous’ studies course before they graduate.

“…Some academics are urging schools to proceed cautiously: Don’t lose sight of the whole Canadian story. Continue reading ‘The ‘Indigenization’ and ‘Racialization’ of Canadian Universities’

‘Tribes Sign Treaty Opposing Pipelines’

“‘Indigenous’ ‘nations’ from across the country signed a “continent-wide ‘indigenous’ treaty” to oppose five oil pipelines awaiting approval across the country.

erbltribessigntreatyopposingpipelines800x800

{A small minority of Chiefs from across North America FLEW into Montreal and Vancouver for the ‘treaty’ signing. But none of them pledged to stop using oil or oil-based products. And they all still want money from the rest of us, while offering to contribute exactly nothing…}

“The…Native American tribes from Atlantic Canada, Quebec, Ontario, the Prairies, British Columbia and the U.S. made the announcement in joint press conferences Thursday.  Continue reading ‘Tribes Sign Treaty Opposing Pipelines’

‘Early Siberian Settler Racism Against Others’

NORTH AMERICAN INDIANS ARE EARLY SIBERIAN SETTLERS.

It’s now been proven by geneticists.

‘Governor General Joins The Aboriginal Industry’

“In 1874, ‘Treaty 4’ was signed in Fort Qu’Appelle and last Tuesday, Gov. Gen. David Johnston delivered a speech to ‘First Nations’ leaders during the annual ‘Treaty 4 Gathering’.

erblgovernorgeneraljoinstheaboriginalindustry800x800

“Johnston told the crowd that he was pleased to be on hand to commemorate the signing of Treaty 4 because,

“In Canada, we are all treaty people.”

{The reality is that the contracts that were the Treaties have lost their legitimacy, as they no longer represent the actual written language contained in those legal documents. The only result of continuing to focus on them is to undermine Canada and whether the Governor General realizes it or not, he is now complicit in this. He had the chance to HONESTLY explain what was intended by Canada when they dictated the Treaties but instead, he hid behind gratuitous platitudes – to the detriment of Canada and its future.}  Continue reading ‘Governor General Joins The Aboriginal Industry’

‘Mother Earth?’

We are constantly lectured by aboriginal supremacists about how ‘white man’ needs to understand our relationship with ‘Mother Earth’, the way that aboriginals ‘inherently’ do. It will therefore come as a surprise to many that ‘Mother Earth’ as a concept in Canadian culture is European in origin and has virtually no history or connection with aboriginal culture or belief – and that’s according to aboriginal elders and ‘scholars’:

erblmotherearth800x800

ROGER ROULETTE (“Ojibwe translator and linguist…grew up in Manitoba, the son of a well-known medicine man”):
“Wherever this notion came from, it is widespread. I am at a loss to who came up with it, first of all, and also that they would think that it is our concept. And it isn’t. I am definitely, positively, absolutely sure.”  Continue reading ‘Mother Earth?’

‘This is Ridiculous!’

“Ron Swain, vice-chief with the ‘Congress of Aboriginal Peoples’, told Defence Minister Harjit Sajjan during consultations with ‘indigenous’ groups Wednesday that aboriginal communities deserve the same rights as provincial governments {!?!}, which have the authority under the ‘National Defence Act’ to call in the military to fight civil unrest and during other crises.

erblthisisridiculous800x800

“We believe, in protecting our ‘sovereign territory’ and our issues around environmental concerns, we should be able to trigger the same response and have ‘our Armed Forces’ defending our treaties and ‘our territories’ {otherwise known as ‘Canada’},”

‘End the Charade’

‘Cha·rade’ (Shəˈrād): “An absurd pretense intended to create a pleasant or respectable appearance.” and “Something that is done in order to pretend something is true, when it really isn’t.”

erblendthecharade800x800

“The drums continue to beat hard all over North America for “Native Rights”, a code-phrase for ambitions to claim vast tracts of land — up to 85% of some provinces — ‘natives’ say was wrongly appropriated. Unless it is stopped, millions of us will soon have new ‘landlords’… Many of these claims are being settled administratively, or in quiet courtrooms out of the public eye. No public consultation. No means of protest.  Continue reading ‘End the Charade’

‘Chief Wants More Money’

Ontario Regional Chief Isadore Day continues his push for a ‘partnership’ in the Ontario economy:

erblchiefwantsmoremoney800x800

‘We Need To Be Full Partners in All Future Economic Growth through Treaty, ‘Inherent’ and Land Rights, Says Ontario Regional Chief Isadore Day’

“This is the 166th anniversary of the signing of the ‘Robinson Huron Treaty’ {See below}. The lands and waters around Lakes Huron and Superior provided the resources for European settlers to farm, fish, mine and trade with our Peoples. The rich resources of our lands {and all the hard work, ingenuity and investment brought by Europeans and other immigrants from around the world} allowed the future economic growth of what would later become the Province of Ontario and the country of Canada.  Continue reading ‘Chief Wants More Money’
