‘What Happened To The ‘Neutrals’?’

This is the tribe that occupied southwestern Ontario until the 1650s, when fellow Iroquois tribes from what is now the U.S. rendered them extinct. In modern terminology, they were ‘victims of genocide’ {although they were far from passive}: ERBLWhatHappenedToTheNeutrals800x800

“It is 1625… and I have just stepped into the few recorded pages of the Iroquoian ‘Neutrals’. What I saw, riveted my attention.

“I was not prepared for the total nakedness of these people. Their skin was saturated by blood scarring, with charcoal-pierced tattoos of snakes, monstrous beasts and “Oki” spirits. They were the tallest, finest-bodied people among the Huron, Petun and Five Iroquois Nations. There were no hunchbacks, club feet or one-eyes in the villages. Unlike the other Iroquoians, there was no specific style of hair… no head-dress… but curls were not allowed. Continue reading ‘What Happened To The ‘Neutrals’?’

‘Undermining Public Safety’

Here’s a classic example of how RACE BASED LAW works to everyone’s detriment…ERBLUnderminingPublicSafety800x800

“Last Saturday night, Darrell Moosomin walked away from prison.

“Classified as a dangerous offender, the 54-year-old had been serving an indeterminate sentence in a minimum-security ‘First Nations’ Healing Lodge in central Alberta. Over the weekend, he was granted permission to attend a powwow ceremony under the supervision of an elder.

“He was reported missing at 8:45 p.m. that night…” Continue reading ‘Undermining Public Safety’

‘Dealing With Dysfunction’

Instead of accommodating race laws, it would be far better for everyone if industry would release statements to the Canadian people on the ridiculousness of this system, and the limited economic future that awaits Canada if we continue down this path.

ERBLDealingWithDysfunction800x800

The ‘Consult and Accommodate’ dictum is nothing but structural racism and it is historically and legally unjust, based on erroneous rulings from a Supreme Court that puts the earnings of the legal profession ahead of the welfare and future of Canada. It forces companies to deal with {‘bribe’} numerous Band councils, the majority of which are, at worst, dysfunctional, and at best, simply corrupt.

Both the Chief in the story below, and the Supreme Court, need a quick refresher course on the Treaties {in this case, the ‘James Bay Treaty’}, which they – and you – can find immediately after this news story:  Continue reading ‘Dealing With Dysfunction’

‘Trouble In Paradise’

“The extraordinary decision by a Haida clan to strip two of its hereditary chiefs of their titles for secretly supporting ‘Enbridge Inc.’s proposed ‘Northern Gateway’ pipeline is being closely watched by ‘First Nations’ across Canada.ERBLTroubleInParadise800x800“The rebuke, which was delivered last week in an elaborate ceremony witnessed by more than 500 people, came as the Haida ‘nation’ {a ‘nation’ of 4,635 people} rejected what they say is a growing trend by companies to enlist the support of hereditary chiefs as a way of claiming broad ‘First Nations’ support.

“On Aug. 15, members of the clan stripped Carmen Goertzen and Francis Ingram of their titles, effectively removing them as representatives of two houses, the Yahgulaanaas Janaas of Daadens, and the Iitjaaw Yaahl Naas. Goertzen, a well-known Haida artist, had held the position for 25 years. Ingram had only been appointed a year ago.  Continue reading ‘Trouble In Paradise’

‘The Lachine Massacre’

The Canadian people, and most certainly Canadian children, are almost continually subjected to Aboriginal Industry propaganda, a pillar of which is the historical narrative whereby murderous, thieving Europeans impose ‘genocide’ and violence on the innocent, saintly and otherwise virtuous aboriginal inhabitants. While not wishing to belabour the point, we still feel compelled to occasionally present some historical balance:

ERBLTheLachineMassacre800x800“In the evening of August 4, 1689, the night of the Lachine massacre, a violent rainstorm hovered above the Saint Lawrence and the Island of Montréal. Lightning flashed repeatedly across the sky and deafening thunder resounded above the seventy-seven houses of the community of Lachine.

“As the Canadiens slept in their isolated farms, fifteen hundred Iroquois stepped ashore, undetected by the sentries who had sought shelter against the fierce storm. Hidden by the night, warriors fanned out in small bands and readied themselves to attack isolated farmhouses.

“They lurked on the edges of the woods, away from the dogs who might have given warning. These men dressed only in loincloths, their faces painted in grotesque shapes meant to frighten their victims, waited for the light of dawn to pillage the community.  Continue reading ‘The Lachine Massacre’

When will the media talk about native racism?

This is the kind of huge racist abuse people get from natives who use being their race to attack others who are not their race, that the mainstream media refuses, absolutely refuses to cover honestly, while they cater to every complaint if it’s a native blaming Canada for it.

ERBL when will the media talk about native racism-2

To paraphrase, this man says “white” $%&^$# owe him money for his land, and have not paid one red penny since 1492, and it’s all their land, anyway.

(see first comment on Facebook post, or next post, or website for screenshot of racist abuse.)

We, who are not that one race, all pay rent, mortgages, land leases and taxes, and yet this man speaks to people who are total strangers, whom he perceives as “whites”, as if they not only do not belong, have not paid for land, but owe one race forever if we are not the same race, just for existing on the same continent as they do, at the same time. He didn’t pay for land in 1492, none of his ancestors did, they fought for it, and stole it from other tribes for centuries, until Canada was formed. The True Story of ‘The Crying Indian’

“On ‘Earth Day’, 1971, nonprofit organization ‘Keep America Beautiful’ launched what the ‘Ad Council’ would later call one of the “50 greatest commercials of all time”.  Dubbed “The Crying Indian”, the one-minute PSA features a Native American man paddling down a junk-infested river, surrounded by smog, pollution, and trash; as he hauls his canoe onto the plastic-infested shore, a bag of rubbish is tossed from a car window, exploding at his feet. The camera then pans to the Indian’s cheerless face, just as a single tear rolls down his cheek.

ERBLTheTrueStoryof‘TheCryingIndian’800x800“The ad, which sought to combat pollution, was widely successful: It secured two ‘Clio’ awards, incited a frenzy of community involvement, and helped reduce litter… Its star performer, a man who went by the name “Iron Eyes Cody”, subsequently became the “face of Native Indians”, and was honored with a star on Hollywood’s ‘Walk of Fame’.

“Advertisers estimate that his face, plastered on billboards, posters, and magazine ads, has been viewed 14 billion times, easily making him the most recognizable Native American figure of the century.

“But while Hollywood trumpeted Iron Eyes Cody as a “true Native American” and profited from his ubiquitous image, the man himself harbored an unspoken secret:

he was 100% Italian.  Continue reading The True Story of ‘The Crying Indian’

‘Who Owns British Columbia?’

We, the {1,381} Musqueam people openly and publicly declare and affirm {to the 3 million people of the Vancouver Lower Mainland} that we hold aboriginal title to {your} land, and ‘aboriginal rights’ to exercise use of {your} land, the sea and fresh waters, and all their resources within that territory occupied and used by our ancestors…”
https://www.musqueam.bc.ca/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/musqueam_declaration.pdf

“Vancouver city council formally acknowledged on June 25, 2014 that the land on which the city is built actually belongs to three local ‘First Nations’.

“But landowners shouldn’t worry, according to Mayor Gregor Robertson.”

Rather than accept the Mayor’s assurances, we at END RACE BASED LAW would like to ask: what exactly does “aboriginal title” mean? Does the city support this ‘First Nations’ definition:

We are the true owners of British Columbia. The Indians across the province own everything — the rivers, the trees, the bugs, the animals. You name it. Subsurface rights, the air, the rain, the whole shot. That’s what we mean when we say we have aboriginal title to the land.”

‘Pumping Gas Interfering With Picking Berries’

It’s not easy balancing a hunter/gatherer lifestyle and high-speed Internet:

“The ability of (our) children to hunt, eat moose, harvest berries and medicinal plants and learn their language while on the land hangs in the balance.”

‘Blueberry River ‘First Nation’ {B.C.} wants industrial development “suspended in our critical areas”. ERBLPumpingGasInterferingWithPickingBerries800x800“The Blueberry River ‘First Nation’ {a ‘nation’ of 472 people…} has issued a lawsuit that their lawyers say

“puts into question future development in the northeast”.
