“New Canadians will soon promise to honour {dishonest interpretations of} treaties with ‘indigenous’ {‘Siberian settler’} peoples as part of their oath of citizenship.

“The mandate letter for new Immigration Minister {Somalian-born refugee} Ahmed Hussen lists making the change to the swearing-in ceremony as one of his key priorities, along with enhancing refugee resettlement services and cutting wait times for application processing.

‘Rewriting History: Wounded Knee’


December 29th was the 126th anniversary of the Wounded Knee ‘Massacre’, an event that is being portrayed as similar to the Nazis lining up unarmed Jews alongside a ditch and executing them (As in the featured image). However, an eyewitness account tells quite a different story of the unfolding of this tragedy:

‘Pulling Canada Backwards’


“It is not uncommon to attend an event at a university, community gathering or even a ‘Speech from the Throne’ at the Ontario Legislature, and hear the {foolish} words:

“We would like to thank [X or Y] ‘First Nation’ {‘Siberian settler community’} for hosting us.”

{Although they’re never actually hosting anything, and have been paid multiple times over for their ancestors’ former lands…}

‘The Chilcotin Massacre’


“I have cousins in several Indian bands and am proud of that connection, and am equally proud of my ancestors who came from all over Europe seeking a better life. But it wasn’t an easy road… ERBLRewritingHistory--TheChilcotinMassacre800x800“My great-great grandfather…was murdered by Chilcotin (Tsilhqot’in) Indian bandits in 1864. It’s been a bone of contention with me that Donald McLean’s killers were hailed as heroes by latter-day Chilcotin politicians who demanded an apology from the B.C. government for their trial and execution.

“It vexes me even more that they got what they wanted from Christy Clark in 2014. Many years ago, when I attended an assembly of Chilcotin chiefs held to demand that apology, I stood up and suggested that a good first step toward their goal would be for them to first apologize for the murder of my ancestor by their forebears.

‘Trashing Canada’s First Prime Minister’


January 11th was the birthday of Canada’s first Prime Minister.  Aboriginal groups and their university supporters continue doing everything they can to smear his name as part of the denigration of Canada: ERBLTrashingCanadasFirstPrimeMinister2016-800x800‘Ceremony honouring Sir John A. Macdonald target of protests, vandalism’  

“….a small group of protesters has a radically different view of Canada’s first prime minister, going so far as to call Macdonald a “genocidal maniac”.  

“The ‘passions’ {‘hatred’} escalated overnight, ahead of Monday’s commemoration, when vandals slashed the tires of the event organizer Art Milnes’ car and splashed red paint on the vehicle. They did the same to the car belonging to a local ‘Liberal’ Member of Parliament…  

“While the tires can be fixed or replaced and the paint can be cleaned, he was most disturbed by one other act — a burned Canadian flag left at his own home…

‘The Toronto Purchase’


Whose ‘Traditional Land’ Is This? 

Even though the Nation of Canada and the City of Toronto recently hosted the Pan Am Games – and the financially-inept Ontario government absorbed most of the $2.5 billion in costs – people from faraway lands were greeted with this:

“The Mississaugas Of The New Credit ‘First Nation’ is proud to be the host ‘first nation’ of the Toronto2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am games. 

“As chief of the Mississaugas, I welcome you to our traditional lands…”

This foolishness {“our traditional lands”} went by with virtually no comment from Canadian historians or our governments; indeed, our governments were complicit in spreading what amounts to an historical lie. This has become commonplace, with Canadian officials constantly thanking the ‘traditional’ landowners, even when — as in this case — their claim is ridiculous…  Continue reading ‘The Toronto Purchase’ →
