Most Canadians do not even know we have race laws in our Constitution, or what it all means, to both Natives and the rest of Canadians from all races, cultures and histories, so how can they know what “END RACE BASED LAW” means, until they understand the history and current actions taken because of these Constitutional Race Laws?
Gerry Gagnon is an expert on these Canadian race laws, and Michele Tittler is a warrior who created END RACE BASED LAW, to give Gerry a platform to help us all understand this ‘real’ racism in Canada.
Gerry Gagnon has done a tremendous amount of work in research and posting, so I, Michele Tittler, put together a video of the images of his posts, to thank him. Some are my posts, but he has done the majority of the research and posts the last few years. We are doing live streams and talking more in the future, but the daily news feed and Feature Stories will continue.
I have not been at my computer much the last few months, but out on the town in Vancouver a whole lot, tweeting from my phone now and then, but mostly being face-to-face speaking with people about this issue. I speak with people from every walk of life and every nationality from around the world, in every culture.
I can tell you right now that I have yet to experience even one bit of negative feedback. It’s been 100% agreement that things have gone too far, they need to be pulled back, and we all need to start talking about unity.
Not one single argument…not one. I have had this conversation now with hundreds and hundreds of people, and not even one person fought me. No politics tonight people, music is for everyone. It’s a night to unite as proud Canadians, and say goodbye, and thank you to our national treasure, The Tragically Hip. It’s their last concert on the ‘Man Machine Poem Tour’, in Kingston Ontario, Canada, where they started in 1984.
The CBC is broadcasting it and have links to various ways to listen to and watch the broadcast, from anywhere around the world. I have also posted it below.

It doesn’t get any more hypocritical, ironic, and alarming than a native bringing a “whiteman” lawyer up on charges with the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal for posting a disclaimer on his website to let people know he wrote essays about the ‘Indian Act’ in Canada. Lets be clear, this is not a legitimate discrimination charge, the native man filing the complaint was not discriminated against, or refused service — this is a blatant racist bullying abuse to silence a well-known author and critic of the “Indian Industry”, and to ruin his life.
