Bullying Canada, Two-Tiered Policing

‘A Licence To Break The Law’


Canadians are puzzled by police refusal to arrest aboriginal road, rail and pipeline blockaders, or government office occupiers. However, this two-tiered, racially-biased policing can be traced back at least 40 years. Here’s an analysis of some 1970s’ lawlessness produced by an Aboriginal Industry activist and anti-Canadian who is, of course, employed by a taxpayer-supported Canadian university:

‘What Happened To The ‘Neutrals’?’


This is the tribe that occupied southwestern Ontario until the 1650s, when fellow Iroquois tribes from what is now the U.S. rendered them extinct. In modern terminology, they were ‘victims of genocide’ {although they were far from passive}: ERBLWhatHappenedToTheNeutrals800x800

“It is 1625… and I have just stepped into the few recorded pages of the Iroquoian ‘Neutrals’. What I saw, riveted my attention.

“I was not prepared for the total nakedness of these people. Their skin was saturated by blood scarring, with charcoal-pierced tattoos of snakes, monstrous beasts and “Oki” spirits. They were the tallest, finest-bodied people among the Huron, Petun and Five Iroquois Nations. There were no hunchbacks, club feet or one-eyes in the villages. ‘The Lachine Massacre’


The Canadian people, and most certainly Canadian children, are almost continually subjected to Aboriginal Industry propaganda, a pillar of which is the historical narrative whereby murderous, thieving Europeans impose ‘genocide’ and violence on the innocent, saintly and otherwise virtuous aboriginal inhabitants. While not wishing to belabour the point, we still feel compelled to occasionally present some historical balance:

Lightning flashed repeatedly across the sky and deafening thunder resounded above the seventy-seven houses of the community of Lachine.

“As the Canadiens slept in their isolated farms, fifteen hundred Iroquois stepped ashore, undetected by the sentries who had sought shelter against the fierce storm. Hidden by the night, warriors fanned out in small bands and readied themselves to attack isolated farmhouses.

British Columbia

‘Who Owns British Columbia?’


“We, the {1,381} Musqueam people openly and publicly declare and affirm {to the 3 million people of the Vancouver Lower Mainland} that we hold aboriginal title to {your} land, and ‘aboriginal rights’ to exercise use of {your} land, the sea and fresh waters, and all their resources within that territory occupied and used by our ancestors…”

“Vancouver city council formally acknowledged on June 25, 2014 that the land on which the city is built actually belongs to three local ‘First Nations’.

“But landowners shouldn’t worry, according to Mayor Gregor Robertson.” 

Rather than accept the Mayor’s assurances, we at END RACE BASED LAW would like to ask: what exactly does “aboriginal title” mean? Does the city support this ‘First Nations’ definition:

“We are the true owners of British Columbia. The Indians across the province own everything — the rivers, the trees, the bugs, the animals. You name it. Subsurface rights, the air, the rain, the whole shot. That’s what we mean when we say we have aboriginal title to the land.”

‘The Chilcotin Massacre’


“I have cousins in several Indian bands and am proud of that connection, and am equally proud of my ancestors who came from all over Europe seeking a better life. But it wasn’t an easy road… ERBLRewritingHistory--TheChilcotinMassacre800x800“My great-great grandfather…was murdered by Chilcotin (Tsilhqot’in) Indian bandits in 1864. It’s been a bone of contention with me that Donald McLean’s killers were hailed as heroes by latter-day Chilcotin politicians who demanded an apology from the B.C. government for their trial and execution.

“It vexes me even more that they got what they wanted from Christy Clark in 2014. Many years ago, when I attended an assembly of Chilcotin chiefs held to demand that apology, I stood up and suggested that a good first step toward their goal would be for them to first apologize for the murder of my ancestor by their forebears.

“…why is so much weight afforded to what is essentially raw, localized experience? If you strip away its spiritual accoutrements, you’re left with little more than the same wisdom that allows a fisherman to gauge impending weather, or derive crude conclusions on the state of fish stocks.”

“Surely, this is common sense. A person of any race or background can, at least in theory, be equally capable of protecting or destroying the environment.”

‘Who owns culture?’

The Western traditions for the production and disposition of knowledge…are the best way to research history and culture.” ERBLWhoOwnsCulture800x800“In America, Canada, Australasia and even parts of Europe, since the 1990s ‘indigenous’ people have been granted extensive control over art and artefacts in museums. Museum policies mandate the active involvement of ‘source communities’…in decisions about exhibitions, research and the care of objects.

“An unfortunate elision is made between someone’s ethnicity and their authority to speak definitively about cultural artefacts, which excludes those who do not share that ethnicity, despite their expertise.

‘Trashing Canada’s First Prime Minister’


January 11th was the birthday of Canada’s first Prime Minister.  Aboriginal groups and their university supporters continue doing everything they can to smear his name as part of the denigration of Canada: ERBLTrashingCanadasFirstPrimeMinister2016-800x800‘Ceremony honouring Sir John A. Macdonald target of protests, vandalism’  

“….a small group of protesters has a radically different view of Canada’s first prime minister, going so far as to call Macdonald a “genocidal maniac”.  

“The ‘passions’ {‘hatred’} escalated overnight, ahead of Monday’s commemoration, when vandals slashed the tires of the event organizer Art Milnes’ car and splashed red paint on the vehicle. They did the same to the car belonging to a local ‘Liberal’ Member of Parliament…  

“While the tires can be fixed or replaced and the paint can be cleaned, he was most disturbed by one other act — a burned Canadian flag left at his own home…

“The ownership history of Six Nations lands in Ontario has been ignored, as has the legal basis of the Six Nations claim to those lands. It’s time for the politically-incorrect truth to be told. “After 1784, the Six Nations surrendered to the Crown various portions of the Grand River tract and by the middle of the 19th century, all that remained was the land contained in the current Six Nations reserve, south of Brantford.
